Adoptive Families and Individuals
WoofPACK would like to cover some or all of your adoption fees to thank you for adopting from a no-kill rescue, making room for another deserving animal!
Please fill out our Adopter Grant Form by clicking the button below. A WoofPACK representative will review your request and contact you with more information about available grants to help make your dog adoption dreams come true!
Please note that grant availability depends on factors such as incoming donations, the number of requests, and the adoption costs and fees required by the rescue shelter. Not all requests will be approved, and grant amounts may vary.

Would you like to encourage dog adoptions by having WoofPACK cover some or all of the adoption fees? If so, please fill out our Rescue Assistance Form below. A WoofPACK representative will contact you to discuss the available grants we can provide to help reduce the adoption fees for potential families.

*The WoofPACK Foundation requires that your organization be a verified no-kill rescue/shelter to be eligible. If you're not already WoofPACK "No-Kill Verified", read below for information on how to get verified.

In a market where many organizations claim to be no-kill, WoofPACK No-Kill Verification assures prospective adopters that they are working with an ethical and thoroughly vetted no-kill rescue.
Click the link below to apply for the "WoofPACK No-Kill Verified" status. The application process is easy, free, and only takes a few minutes to complete.
Once your organization is verified, you will be able to display the WoofPACK "No-Kill Verified" logo on your website, social media, and other materials. Additionally, you will be listed in our searchable "No-Kill Verified" database, which is the first step toward applying for grants from the WoofPACK Foundation.
First-Time Dog Adopter
Setting up your first dog in its new home can be overwhelming and costly! We are here to help!
Please complete our NEW/First-Time Adopter Form. A representative from WoofPACK will review your submission and contact you about available grants to help you begin your journey as a dog owner on the right paw!
Please note that the availability of grants and fundraising opportunities may vary due to factors such as incoming donations, the number of requests, and other circumstances. Not all requests will be fulfilled, and the amount awarded may differ.

Foster Families
Thank you so much for dedicating your time, energy, and resources to fostering a dog, even if it's just for a short while. Your efforts have opened up space at the kennel for another rescue, allowing your foster dog to mentally and physically prepare for its forever family!
